Today during a debate on incinerators, public health, and planning, I gave a speech highlighting the tremendous community-led campaign against the Whitehill Incinerator in Hamilton. My contribution specifically outlined the tireless efforts of Blantyre and Halfway Community Councils in fighting the proposal.
